Terms of Service

AgileTactix provides online educational content and professional development resources related to agile delivery practices, workflow automation, and AI-assisted team operations. Services may include: free and paid online courses, downloadable materials and templates, email newsletters and updates, and community and discussion features (when available). All Services are educational in nature.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Some Services require an email address or account access through a third-party platform (such as SamCart). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is being shared, resold, or used in violation of these Terms.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including SamCart. By purchasing a product, you authorize the applicable charges to your selected payment method and agree to the payment processor's terms and policies. Prices are listed at the point of sale and may change at any time. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

All content provided through the Services — including videos, documents, templates, examples, branding, and written materials — is the property of AgileTactix and LeanTech Creative, LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your individual professional use only.

You may NOT:

• Share login credentials
• Redistribute course materials
• Upload content to public websites
• Resell or sublicense any material
• Train AI systems on course content
• Present the material as your own

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

You agree not to: violate applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access to systems, interfere with website functionality, impersonate others, or distribute harmful code or spam. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive educational emails, updates, and promotional messages. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Email communications are delivered through third-party email providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgileTactix and LeanTech Creative, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product associated with the claim.

We may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or policies of those services. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
